General Litigation

Gurdip & Gill is, at its core, a litigation firm. Over the almost five decades of existence, we have had extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation involving a wide spectrum of cases.

Civil litigation generally covers contractual or commercial disputes and even disputes over ownership of assets and breach of personal rights.

Criminal litigation generally covers criminal prosecutions under the Penal Code, Misuse of Drugs Act, Road Traffic Act, and offences contained within other statutes; this extends to individuals prosecuting under private summons. Military Court Martial cases are also included under this general category.
